Our smokehouse sits on the North shore of Loch Ewe on the waters edge looking out over the loch to the isle of ewe. We have the Torridon Mountains to the south and the Outer Hebrides to the west. Sustainability and Provenance being our inspiration to ensure that our customers receive the very best handcrafted Smoked Salmon.

We are a family run smokehouse, welcoming customers to our smokehouse and shop. Smoking your fish and sending out our award winning products by mail order. We have run the business since 2007 and have constructed a new purpose built smokehouse and shop on the waters edge. We smoke our fish traditionally in stone kilns, using aromatic woodchips to give our own unique flavour. Our fish are hung by the tail in the kilns and slowly smoked. Building flavour and allowing the fish to dry out between each fire is crucial.

All our salmon is hand sliced, packed and despatched by us for you in insulated packaging with ice to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition.

Sustainable, Scottish and uniquely smoked for you.
